Woniya is best known for her two seasons on the History Channel's hit survival show Alone, but has also appeared on a wide variety of other media venues. She has been a story teller on The Moth, appeared on television news shows such as Morning Joe on MSNBC, New York Living, Good Day Seattle, and has been interviewed on NPR and by many other radio stations and podcasts.
